Allen Edelman Management is happy to announce that our newest client, Tyler Christopher, has been nominated for an Emmy in the category of 2019 Best Lead Actor for Days Of Our Lives.

This is Tyler’s 5th Daytime Emmy nomination and second in the lead category. Tyler took home the trophy in 2016 for his work as Nikolas Cassadine in General Hospital.

The 46th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards will be handed out on Sunday, May 5 at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. The Daytime Emmy Awards recognize outstanding achievement in all fields of daytime television production and are presented to individuals and programs broadcast from 2 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the 2018 calendar year.

Tyler is best known for his Emmy award winning work on General Hospital as Nikolas Cassadine,  as Stefan DiMera on Days Of Our Lives as well as his recurring role as Dan Whitehorse on ABC Family’s The Lying Game. He can also be seen in the feature films Beyond The Lights and Catfish In Black Bean Sauce. On television he has guest starred on such shows as Crossing Jordan, CSI, JAG, The Twilight Zone, Felicity, Charmed and Angel.
