Richard Whiten books role of “Sigmond” in the upcoming film “Remember Me: The Mahalia Jackson Story”

Allen Edelman Management is happy to announce Richard Whiten will appear in the role of Sigmond  in the upcoming film entitled Remember Me: The Mahalia Jackson Story.

Ericka Nicole Malone is Executive Producer, Vince Allen is producing, and Denise Dowse is directing.  Principal production begins in Los Angeles in mid December.

Richard is best known for his work on Tyler Perry’s “Why Did I Get Married Too” and Michael Bay’s film “The Island.”.  Richard has appeared on television as a guest star on “What/If,” “Lethal Weapon,” “Two and a Half Men” and “Flaked.”  He has also made numerous appearances on such television shows as “Morning Show,” “The Mick,” “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” “Superior Donuts,” “The Haves and The Have Nots,” “Man With A Plan”, “Fresh Off The Boat,” “Scorpion,” and “NCIS.”
